Our 'Whipped Matte' Formula is proudly made in Australia, and is infused with jojoba seed oil and shea butter extract to avoid the dryness typically associated with matte lipsticks. Our 'Whipped Matte' formula is comfortable and lightweight with a consistency like whipped cream.
Our 'Satin Luxe' Formula moisturising lipsticks are proudly made in Australia. Our Satin Luxe formula is infused with avocado oil, jojoba seed oil and shea butter to deliver a nourishing, ultra comfortable 'everyday' lipstick with a satin finish and slight sheen.
SUZY. Gloss is sheer, buildable, non sticky and an absolute dream to wear - alone, or layered over your favourite SUZY. lipstick. Jam packed with nourishing ingredients they are also - wait for it... 99.8% NATURAL. We couldn't be prouder or happier! Return policy
Refund Policy - we are happy to refund items that have a manufacturing defect.
We do not refund for change of mind etc, but are happy to exchange or offer store credit if a receipt is presented, the items are in store condition with tags attached and within 14 days of purchase. Postage - flat rate is $10 postage on all web purchases, we will send your items via Australia Post, this excludes oversize/heavy items that do not fit in a standard Australia Post Medium bag, if extra postage is required we will contact you.

Chaos & Karma began as a humble market stall, born from a shared love of art, creativity, and the joy of handmade treasures. What started with framed artworks, recycled sculptures, and handmade earrings soon blossomed into a thriving boutique. Founded by mother-and-daughter duo Helen and Jordie, our store has grown from the Orange Arcade to our beautiful main street home at 193 Summer Street.
